Mainz form guideBo Svensson’s team has blown their chances of European football for next season by suffering four straight defeats in the Bundesliga. A 4-1 home defeat by Stuttgart also saw Mainz concede at least two goals for the fourth straight league game.
Mainz have struggled on their travels in the Bundesliga lately, winning just one of their previous five matches away from home, including suffering back-to-back 3-0 away defeats against Wolfsburg and Eintracht Frankfurt.
