Manchester City’s push for a historic treble continues as they take on West Ham United in the Premier League this week.

West Ham United’s strange season continues to evolve. They are still locked into a relegation battle at the bottom of the Premier League table, but they’re also in the semi-finals of the Conference League. David Moyes knows better than anyone that the pressure will really be on his shoulders to not only survive, but to also take home what seemed like an unlikely trophy not so long ago.

After a 2-2 draw with Arsenal, West Ham’s confidence was clear for all to see as they went on to defeat Gent and Bournemouth in successive games. Unfortunately, the good times didn’t last, and they’ve since been beaten 2-1 by Liverpool and 4-3 by Crystal Palace.

Ake is still out through injury with De Bruyne currently being listed as doubtful to appear for the league leaders.

Scamacca and Zouma are both injured ahead of this massive trip to the Etihad for the Hammers.

We genuinely believe that West Ham could cause a stir here if they remain patient, stick to their guns defensively and look to hit City on the counter. Unfortunately, the Pep train looks fairly unstoppable right now, which is why we’re backing a Manchester City victory.
