Serie A is back this weekend, we've got a full list of fixtures across four days of action. The games begin on Friday, where we have two taking place, and the first of those to kick off is this one, where Torino host Lecce, the home side are on a nice unbeaten run, while the away team are struggling for form.
Torino Form GuideTorino are going along nicely in Serie A this season, and they come into the game in 10th position with 33 points. What they need to be wary of is having nothing to play for, as they are in danger of going ahead with no one to chase, and nothing to fear below them, but if they can manage that, as they are now, then I'll back them to continue this strong form.
They come here on the back of a five game unbeaten run in the league, and when you take a look back further, they have lost just one of their last 10 games, so it's been excellent. Draws have held them back, they've drawn their last two, and drawn five of their last 10. Last weekend, they drew 1-1 away at Sassuolo.
Lecce Form GuideThree placed below Torino in Serie A you will find Lecce, but there is a big gap between the two teams, Lecce are nine points off Torino, despite the relatively small difference in places. On top of that, Lecce are not in anywhere near the same kind of form as we head into this one.
In their last eight games, Lecce have lost six, they've drawn one and won just one, that coming at home to Fiorentina, a game they won 3-2. Last weekend though, it was a loss, Lecce went away from home to Bologna and they were beaten heavily 4-0, and never really looked like getting in the match at all.
Match PredictionTwo sides close in the table, but when you look deeper, they're some way apart of each other, and come here in much different form. I'll take Torino to win this one, they're playing well, are on a nice unbeaten run, and can take the three points here.
