Carlisle and Stockport will battle it out on Sunday afternoon, in a bid to reach League One next season, only one will go up, but who will it be?

After a good season, Carlisle got the better of Bradford City to reach this final, and in particular, they were excellent in the second leg of that game, winning at home in style after being 1-0 down after the first leg. The way in which Carlisle scored three will be a real positive for them, they will feel they can score plenty, regardless of their opponents.

That's a real strength of this Carlisle team, they can score goals, so if this game is an open game, with plenty of attacking chances, then that will certainly suit them.

Stockport had to go to the wire to reach this final, needing penalties to beat Salford in the semi finals. Just like Carlisle, they lost the first leg away from home 1-0, but then came back and battled hard on home soil to get the job done and book their place to Wembley.

What Stockport struggled with in the semi final, and towards the end of the season, was goals. Striker Kyle Wootton picked up an injury which has ruled him out until the end of the season, and they're missing him. They did enough in the semi final, but will need to dig deeper here, if they want to reach League One.

The winner of this game will take their place in League One next season, while it's back to League Two for the loser of this game. Stockport are the better team, but struggling for goals. Despite that, I think they can get the job done here, so Stockport are my pick to win the game. Hopefully they can find a couple of chances throughout and take them, as they did in the semi final second leg, as they have the quality to get the better of their opponents.
