Newcastle Form Guide
While things are certainly moving in a positive direction for Newcastle United Football Club, things haven’t been smooth sailing for Eddie Howe’s men this season. They’re currently lingering around mid-table and while there’s still a decent chance they could win silverware between now and the end of May, they need to make some big tactical adjustments.
Newcastle had to overcome some real adversity in their clash with Nottingham Forest but despite that, they were able to persevere and see it through to the finish line. They came away with a strong 3-2 win, getting their European push back on track in the process.
Bournemouth Form Guide
In the space of just a few months, Bournemouth have gone from one of the favourites for relegation to a team that looks pretty comfortable. They are midtable in the Premier League right now and although they aren’t out of the woods when it comes to avoiding the drop, the Cherries should certainly be feeling good about their prospects.
Bournemouth have fallen away ever so slightly in comparison to their form just a couple of months ago, with that trend continuing in their clash with Fulham. They played well at times but just couldn’t keep up in a 3-1 defeat.
Match Prediction
Bournemouth will put up a fight but over the course of 90 minutes, we just think they’re going to be a bit overpowered by the Magpies. The hosts are starting to get back into a nice rhythm and with that being said, we’re going to go ahead and predict a comfortable Newcastle win.
