Major League Soccer returns this weekend with a full slate of fixtures as we dive into yet another set of high profile clashes. We’re still in the early stages of the campaign but we’re starting to get a feel for how a few teams are approaching the season, even though there’s still a long way to go. The boys in purple were able carve out a really solid season and managed to reach the playoffs, with the big question now being whether or not they can repeat that success. There’s no guarantee one way or the other, but one thing is for sure, they have a fanbase that’s hungry to see them go even further.
After a 0-0 draw with Montreal, Orlando went on to lose to Miami, Minnesota and Atlanta. They were able to get back in the win column with a 2-0 success over Austin, and then against NY Red Bulls, they put up a great fight in a 1-1 draw.
