They have a tremendous fanbase, they have an exciting squad full of real potential, and they come across as a team with ambition. Alas, all of that will be left redundant unless they can make everything click behind the scenes - and with their management.
Marseille played host to Montpellier last Sunday and it’s safe to say they found the form they’ve been looking for. They were on top for long spells of the game and ultimately, they did enough to win - and they did so comprehensively with a 4-1 scoreline.
Match PredictionMarseille are the superior side here but Clermont Foot, if they can dig deep and put ten men behind the ball, could wind up getting lucky in this one. In our view, the most likely outcome is going to be under 2.5 goals scored in what is probably going to be a fairly mild game of football.
