Crystal Palace will play host to Bournemouth this weekend as both attempt to finish the season strong in the Premier League.

Who knew that Roy Hodgson would be the saviour Crystal Palace needed all along? The Eagles have been flying since he returned to the club and Selhurst Park has been rocking in a big way. They’re now safe in the top flight for another year and as such, they can start to really plan for what the future holds with a massive summer transfer window coming up.

At the start of the season, they were one of the favourites for the drop - and now, they’re already safe with a handful of games left to play. They can go out there and have a bit of freedom about them, which really is quite a stunning turnaround with this group of players.

Following a 4-0 battering courtesy of West Ham, Bournemouth got themselves out of danger in a big way by beating Southampton and Leeds in massive relegation six-pointers. From there, though, they came up short in a 3-1 loss at home to Chelsea.

McArthur is still a fitness concern for Palace with Tomkins and Ferguson the only two players ruled out through injury.

Moore is doubtful to appear here with Traore, Tavernier, Fredericks and Stanislas being injured for the Cherries.

Bournemouth and Palace may both be safe but in an end of the season game such as this one, both will want to make a strong impression as they try to climb a little bit higher up the table. As such, we think there’s going to be a whole lot of action, ending in over 2.5 goals scored.
