The Serie A weekend kicks off on Friday evening, and we have two of the biggest clubs in the league going head to head in what should be a realy good game. Lazio are the hosts, currently 8th in the league and they welcome AC Milan on Friday, currently 3rd.

They come here after a defeat on Monday evening, losing 2-1 away at Fiorentina Before that, much better, they won 2-0 at Torino, but as their inconsistencies continue to strike, they lost the week before that against Bologna. In their last eight games in all competitions, they've won three, drawn one and lost four, summing up things so far.

But they do arrive here without winning their last two league games, and need to put that behind them quickly.
Last weekend, they drew 1-1 at home to Atalanta, a side just below them in the standings. Before that, they lost 4-2 at Monza, and in the middle of those games, lost 3-2 away at Rennes in the Europa League. But we all know they're capable of better, and are heading into a busy and important part of the season.
