It's the EFL Cup this weekend and Millwall arrive on the back of an excellent opening day win, looking to back that up with another when they take on Reading from League One.

Reading Form GuideOff the field, Reading are in disaray and struggling to get anything right. They've dropped down to League One, finally after managing to stay in the Championship narrowly over the last couple of years. Points deductions have been given, this is a team that desperately needs a fresh start, but getting one of those is not easy.
On the field, they weren't great in the season opener, and that resulted in a 1-0 home loss against Peterborough as Reading look to adjust to life in their new league. They've got a sprinkling of talent, but only a threadbare squad, so how they approach this game remains to be seen.
