Since beating Chicago and NY Red Bulls, Columbus have struggled to pick up a win. They’ve lost to Charlotte, followed by draws with Nashville, DC United and Salt Lake, with many wondering if there’s trouble in paradise.
Portland Form GuidePortland, historically speaking, have had some great moments across their time in the MLS - and last season, they were somewhat unlucky to miss out on the playoffs as they wound up just one point outside of the wild card spots. Still, despite being so close, it’s worth noting that they have some big improvements to make, especially when you look at their defensive record.
Portland defeated New York 2-1 on the road at the start of March - which, to this day, marks their latest win. They lost three on the bounce to Houston, Philadelphia and Vancouver before a 3-3 draw with Kansas City and a 2-2 draw with LAFC.
