Ukraine will create a Register of Excluded Gamblers

Responsible gambling is a popular topic in many parts of the world and Ukraine is one of them. An interesting fact is that Bulgaria did something similar a few years ago. Local authorities maintain a list that allows individuals to self-exclude themselves, and it appears to be effective. It will be interesting to see if Ukraine takes a similar approach.
