JackpotCity Casino App
Jackpot City Casino Android app
Like a lot of online casino apps, Jackpot City is not available direct from the Google Play Store for Android devices. However, you can save a shortcut to the Jackpot City site from the Jackpot City Casino website, accessible via your mobile browser.
You don’t have to download the casino. Again, direct access via your smartphone’s browser will allow you instant access with no download required.
For easier use and faster access to the mobile casino of JackpotCity on Android, you can use the following steps:
- Enter the Jackpot City Casino mobile page through your browser.
- When you load the site, click on the menu button of your browser. Select the three points on the upper right corner.
- Click on the option “Add to Home screen” and confirm.
- Then, you will see a quick link to Jackpot City Casino on your Android device homepage.
How to Download the iOS app of JackpotCity Casino?
Access to the JackpotCity iOS app is a little easier than that of Android. You’re able to head straight to the iOS App Store and begin the process. We have included a full step by step guide for you to work through.
- Open up the App Store on your mobile device and search for JackpotCity Mobile Casino.
- Click on the icon which will then take you through to the landing page for the app.
- Press the “Get” button, and the app will start to download.
- You will see a progress bar, and upon completion, you can move onto the installation process.
At this point, we want to add that the app is only available within certain countries. If there is no product in the App Store for Jackpot City Casino, then it’s likely that you can’t download it within your country.
However, don’t be too concerned by this as the mobile site is pretty much a carbon copy of the app. We talk more about this later in this article.
How to Install the Jackpot City Mobile app for iOS?
The installation process is relatively straightforward and will follow the same steps that you would undertake with just about any other iOS app. Here is a step by step guide on how to install the Jackpot City Casino app.
- After the app has downloaded, you need to wait for its automatic installation.
- The app will begin to install on your phone, and this should take just a few seconds.
- After the install has completed, the app will open up. Then you can either enter your account details to log in if already registered or you can create a new account.
As a final note for iOS users, when you open the app following the installation process, the load times will be drastically reduced. Access should be pretty much instant once installed. It’s only with the initial open that it will take a few seconds before firing into action.
Benefits of Jackpot City Casino mobile app
Branding plays a huge role in the Jackpot City mantra. The JackpotCity desktop site is one of the best that we’ve tested for some time, and these standards continue within their casino app as well.
Benefits of using the app include a huge range of games that you can access. They have roughly 600 online right now, and the JackpotCity mobile app converts around 400 of these games. For those that don’t know, this is about as big a range of mobile casino games that you can access.
Another benefit of using the mobile app is the ability to access all of the casino’s promotions. Any of the offers that you see online you can trigger and clear using your mobile device.
Finally, we were incredibly impressed with the usability of the app. It does benefit from having a 4G or WiFi connection. However, we’ve tested on lower strength coverage, and it is still manageable. The design, layout and accessibility have been one of the most impressive features throughout our testing.
How to use the app?
As we’ve mentioned a couple of times already, the JackpotCity app is one of the easiest that we used in a long time. Once the download is complete and set up, the home page is one that allows you to move quickly and easily to where you need to go.
At the top of the app, you access a list of sections within the app. These include the casino, live casino games and then their “Vegas” section.
You’ve also got the menu button in the top right corner that allows you to get access to your account and settings from within the app. These sections fix to the top meaning it’s easy to go back to the start if you need to. A little lower down, you can scroll between the game types that are on offer. These include the likes of slots, video poker, table games and so on.
Once you’ve selected your game type, you can then choose from the list of games directly below that.
The bottom of the app is another fixed bar that stays with you throughout. Here you can check messages linked to your account, check the calendar for upcoming offers and promos, and also utilise their search function. The latter is an essential tool for that app, especially given there are over 400 games to choose from, which means it can be hard to track down specific favourites.
Mobile Website of Jackpot City Casino
One of the best things about the mobile site is that it’s pretty much a carbon copy of the mobile app. Aside from the appearance of your browser bar at the top of the page, you’d be hard-pressed to notice any differences at all.
If we were to pick faults here, then we would add that the mobile site is not quite as intuitive as the app, especially when it comes to moving between different games. There were a couple of times this section of the casino would stall, and we would need to refresh the page. This is not an error that we noticed on the app at any point.
Mobile Casino Games
The range of games is one of the best that we’ve seen. The main casino has over 600 to choose from, and then mobile users get around 400 of those converted to the app. It’s worth noting that all games on the app also cross over into the mobile browser.
Slots make up for a big percentage of the games on offer here. Their main provider is Microgaming and with it comes titles like Tomb Raider, Break Da Bank, Terminator 2, Alaskan Fishing and Carnaval, as just a few of the standout games.
Access for the live casino comes from the top of the page, and you then get a decent range from within the app. These include variations of blackjack, roulette, baccarat, dream catcher and poker. Evolution Gaming power the whole of the live casino, and for our money, they are the best in the business right now.
Microgaming is probably best known for its jackpot games, and this means that Jackpot City has about as strong a range of jackpot games as you will find. Mega Moolah, Arabian Night and Major Millions each have jackpots that regularly cruise past the 7-figure mark.
Included are around a handful of bingo games that are all well worked. These include Pharaoh Bingo, Electro, Samba and Ballistic Bingo as some of the better games. They run around the clock and start from as little as 1p per card.
There are two keno games that you can access within the app, and these are Monkey Keno and Original Keno. The pair are solid, but we did notice that graphically they lacked compared to some of the competition. It’s not the strongest part of the casino app one of the few negatives that we’ve come across.
Mobile App vs Mobile Version
Earlier, we touched on the fact that the mobile app and the mobile version of Jackpot City are very similar. You’d be hard pushed to find any glaring differences. However, after extensive testing with both, there are a couple of areas where we think the app excels over the mobile site.
The first and most obvious is the usability. You’re able to move about the app a little easier than you are within the mobile version. The most notable area is when you come to load games. Some of the tests we ran saw games that would open in a new tab when on the mobile version. As a result, this was not ideal as it means that things start to get cluttered very quickly.
We also noted that some games don’t scale all that well within the mobile version. This could have been to do with our device (iPhone 11) and the fact these were older games. However, it was an issue, and again, we didn’t see that within the app for the same games.
System Requirements and Compatibility
The app comes in around the 40mb mark, which makes it relatively small in terms of modern-day casino apps. You will need iOS 10 or later to work, and it’s worth pointing out that the developer for this is that of Dice Device Limited, just in case there was any confusion within the App Store.
If your device does not support this, then you will still be able to get access from the mobile site. There are no system requirements needed for this. Still, as we stated earlier, the stronger the internet connection, the better the player experience will be for this.
Mobile bonus – is it available?
There is no dedicated JackpotCity casino mobile bonus. However, you can get access to all of the promotions on the main site within the app or the mobile version.
Once you’ve logged in to your account, you can then head to the promotions section to see what is available to you. Your location and the offers that you’ve before opted in for will determine what offers you get access to, so they will vary from account to account.
You get access to a really good range of banking methods at Jackpot City. Deposits and withdrawals start from as little as £10, and withdrawals will process within 5 business days or up to 24 hours for the vast majority of options.
One thing that you will need to note is that not all deposit options have access to withdrawals. If this is the case, you will need to add an alternative withdrawal method on your account. Here is a look at the banking options at Jackpot City.
|Payment Method||Deposit Minimum||Deposit Maximum||Time for Deposit|
|Bank Wire Transfer||$10||-||Instant|
|Direct Bank Transfer||$10||-||Instant|
|Payment Method||Withdrawal Minimum||Withdrawal Maximum||Time for Withdrawal|
|Bank Wire Transfer||$50||-||3-5 days|
|Yandex Money||$50||-||24 hours|
|Direct Bank Transfer||$50||-||3-5 days|

Apps Rating and Verdict
There is little doubt that Jackpot City is one of the better casino apps that we’ve tested to date. The ability to utilise a game provider like Microgaming has paid dividends for them here, allowing them to have not only a great user interface but also game line up.
The app comes with very few negatives, and the only limitations are your location in terms of accessibility. As a result, this is a strong effort and a casino app we are happy to recommend.
