The fourth and final kick off on Sunday in Serie A looks set to be a good one, I think this will be one of the best games from the weekend in this league. Roma are going along really nicely at the moment, they are the away team here and they take on Fiorentina, who begin the weekend three places below them in the standings.
Fiorentina Form GuideFiorentina are on the outside of the top six race and they begin the weekend in 8th, four points off Atalanta in 6th position. They've been pretty good and consistent all season, I think they're lacking a real edge in quality to climb up into the top six, but are a decent opponent and can give anyone a game.
They come here on the back of a win in Europe on Thursday night, beating Maccabi Haifa 4-3 in the first leg of their game away from home. Before that, a 0-0 draw away at Torino, and before that, a 2-1 success at home to Lazio, this has been a really good run for them.
Roma Form GuideSince the departure of Jose Mourinho, Roma have been excellent, they've really taken their play up a gear. In Serie A, they come here on the back of three wins in a row, and to further add to that, they were excellent on Thursday night when beating Brighton in the Europa League.
They won that game 4-0, dominating and giving themselves one foot in the next round. Domestically, they won 4-1 away at Monza last weekend, 3-2 at home to Torino before that, and 3-0 away at Frosinone before that. It's been a strong run, Roma are continuing to go really well and give their fans hope of a top four finish.
Match PredictionThis should be a really good game, two teams in form and going along nicely. But it's Roma I like out of the two, I think they've got a really good run going at the momentum, the momentum is with them, and I think they make it four Serie A wins in a row with another success here.
